Bibliography
The bibliography is not a list compiled inside DAPCA. It is the reflection of a Zotero library curated by the research group, mirrored into the platform and kept in step with it by synchronisation.

One consequence governs everything else on these pages: a record is added or edited in Zotero, not in DAPCA. The public interface is a reading interface; no bibliographic data can be edited through it.
1. What it is for
Every editorial statement in the corpus can carry its source. The edition a transliteration follows, an alternative reading proposed in an article, an observation in a note, the publication of a seal — each of these is a claim, and the reference is what distinguishes a claim taken from the literature from a decision made by the editors of DAPCA.
This is why references are not merely attached but typed (edition, review, study, cataloguing…) and, in the case of annotations, anchored to a passage with a page range. The vocabulary is the subject of References on texts.
2. What it contains
Roughly 1,900 records — mostly journal articles, book chapters and monographs, with theses, dictionary entries, manuscripts and conference papers alongside — organised in 85 Zotero collections, which are available as a filter.
Collections
A Zotero collection works like a folder: it groups references without owning them. The same bibliographic record can belong to several collections at once, and it is stored only once — editing it, or attaching it to a tablet, updates it everywhere it appears.
In DAPCA, collections are organised by archaeological site (Emar, Ekalte, Nuzi, etc.), so a title covering more than one site — a regional synthesis, an excavation report spanning several find-spots — is simply filed under each relevant collection rather than entered more than once.
